We are currently in the process of digitising our entire physical programme in order that the Lift approach can be followed no matter where you are located, anywhere in the world. The digital studio will include our entire exercise library, access to our programming with training blocks updated regularly our expert coaches. There will also be options to work online with a coach to make sure you are getting the most from your training.

Whilst we are bringing the true online vision to life, we have put together for you detailed foundational video guides. In these guides you will find our go to exercises for our most requested mobility and skills movements. Each video breaks down the exercises in detail and offers progression and regression for each drill, as well as the sets, reps and rest we recommend for each exercise based on your level of ability.
